Praised as “an impressive vocalist” by Classical Voice North Carolina, Emily Byrne is a dazzling performer whose artistry shines across opera, cabaret, and concert stages alike. Known for her rich voice, magnetic stage presence, and love of all things glamorous, Ms. Byrne transforms every performance into an elegant affair.
After more than a decade captivating audiences in the world of opera, she stepped into the realm of cabaret, where her star has only risen. Her acclaimed show Siren, Songbirds, and Showgirls—a sparkling tribute to the iconic women of Broadway and Hollywood’s Golden Age—was commissioned by Roundtable Productions in Hamilton, NJ, and has enjoyed multiple revivals due to popularity. She is currently crafting three new cabarets: the effervescent The Hostess with the Mostess, the nostalgic Bygone Broadway, and the festive A Cool Yule Cabaret, with the latter two premiering with Roundtable Productions this year.
Internationally, Byrne has graced the stage with the Sofia Philharmonic in Bulgaria as Elvira in Johann Strauss’ Blindekuh, a performance recorded for NAXOS and now streaming worldwide. Favorite operatic highlights include Olga (The Dollar Princess) Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Prince Orlofsky (Die Fledermaus), Mercédès (Carmen), Third Lady (The Magic Flute), and her Philadelphia Fringe Festival debut in Michael Dutka’s Liebovar.
