"As a teacher Emily is energetic, exuberant and committed to bringing out the best in her students. She is a consummate musician and a life-long student of the craft and discipline of vocal music performance and teaching. She is a positive and effective motivator who brings out the very best in her students by setting high standards and providing the skills they need to achieve. Her energy and commitment to her students is infectious and students often comment that they like Miss Em. I trust and respect Emily and I think so highly of her as a vocal teacher that she was the private teacher for two of my own children when they were in high school.”

“One of the greatest teachers our family has had the pleasure of working with is Emily Byrne. She balances exceptional teaching skills and expectations with a warmth that motivates one to achieve. Our son started lessons with Emily in 8th grade and went on to be a contemporary voice major in college and is now a professional songwriter and performer. We recommend her without hesitation and are thankful for the impact she had.”
